Election Day in Craven County

The statewide general election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Polls will be open from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM on Election Day. More than 27,000 Craven County voters cast ballots during early voting for the 2026 General Election, representing a 35% voter turnout. 

Polling Sites:

Voters can look up their polling location using the Craven County Elections GIS Map or the North Carolina State Board of Elections Polling Place Search.

Voting Information:

Voters will be asked to show a valid form of photo identification when voting. Voters without ID may vote provisionally by completing a photo ID exception form or by bringing their photo ID to the county board office by noon on the fifth business day after the election.

Contests on the ballot include U.S. Senate, U.S. House, N.C. Supreme Court Associate Justice, N.C. Court of Appeals Judge, N.C. House and Senate, as well as County and Municipal offices. A statewide referendum proposing amendments to the N.C. Constitution will also be on the ballot.
